This Privacy Policy explains how EzTechify ("we", "us", "EzTechify") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use our websites, SaaS products (EzRMS, EzUmrah CRM, EzHRM, EzAttendance, EzInvoice, EzFleet, EzAudit, EzAgency CRM) and professional services. We follow the principles of the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Canada PIPEDA and the Saudi PDPL.
1. Data we collect
- Contact data: name, email, phone, company, country.
- Enquiry data: your message, project details, service selected.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device, IP-derived region, referrer.
- Product data (for SaaS customers): account, workspace, audit logs.
2. How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
- To operate, secure and improve our websites and SaaS platforms.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.
- To send service updates you have opted into.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
We rely on contract performance, our legitimate interests (running our business securely), your consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors (hosting, analytics, email, payment) under Data Processing Agreements. We never sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU, UK, KSA, UAE, Pakistan, Canada or the US. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy decisions where applicable.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection at any time. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have "Do Not Sell / Share" rights.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, least-privilege access, logging and regular security reviews.
