Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of EzTechify websites, SaaS products and professional services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, credentials and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts.

2. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive activity; no attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape the Services beyond what is permitted.

3. Intellectual property

EzTechify retains all rights to its software, platforms and brands. For custom builds, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, subject to our retained rights in pre-existing components and standard tooling.

4. Fees

Fees, scope and timelines are set out in individual Statements of Work or Subscription Orders. Late payment may result in service suspension.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable safeguards and only use it for the Services.

6. Warranties & disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis except as expressly agreed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzTechify disclaims implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Direct liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material, uncured breach. On termination you must stop using the Services; provisions that by nature survive termination will continue.

9. Governing law

Unless a Statement of Work says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.
